One of my app 5 year old Livio 2000 hearing aids fell out of my pickup last night at a local restaurant. Went back to look. After extensive searching the parking lot, and my vehicle, I gave up defeated. Went back in the morning and actually found it. It was out in the rain, and got run over (the battery was dented). Surprise! It’s still working!! Dried it out in my Perfect Dry Lux, cleaned it up, and I’m back in business, relieved and impressed that it made it through it.

Very good company to sell equipment to. They pay here bills and on. time. Products are also top notch and are continuing to improve as innovators in the hearing aid world. I remember hearing stories from my father over thr years about how great Starkey was... Keep up the good work Starkey!

I don’t know why I waited so long to come here! I have had severe hearing loss since birth and have been to several audiologists, but Starkey has been by far the best. For the first time in my life, I was able to leave with my new hearing aids the same day. They have been amazing with adjustments to get my hearing aids exactly how I need it. Every person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. From check in to check out, the service was outstanding. You will not regret coming here!
